An order must be cancelled within a 24-hour period of placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped within that 24-hour period, the order will not be able to be cancelled. In some occasions if a cancellation is granted within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

We offer an exchange only policy. Diviine ModesTee wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. This policy is for Diviine ModesTee, and their sister companies, Divinita Sole Swim, and Sweet Innocence Dresses.

Retail Item(s) 30 day exchange from the ship date. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may receive online store credit to use for one year from the date of your order. Your store credit may be used in all participating stores listed above.

Sale Item(s) 30 day exchange from the ship date. Any item(s) on sale are offered a one-time exchange only for a different size of the same color. If the size/color is sold out, we will notify you so you can exchange it for another item that you desire. An online store credit will not be offered on Sale item(s). This does not apply to discounted online coupons or email special promotions. Please follow the policies on promotions shown. Shipping charges will be applied for all exchanges.

Clearance Item(s) Any item promoted or discounted 40% or more is considered a clearance item and is final sale. Promotional emails or special discounts will state if the sale is considered a final sale.

Processing Exchanges Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the item being exchanged. Please allow 7-14 days to have the exchange processed once we receive confirmation of receipt.

Please follow the instructions on our exchange authorization form. We have reserved your item(s) in these collections and only have a limited supply available, to ensure you receive the item(s) before they may be sold out, please exchange your item(s) quicker than 30 days.

All item(s), including swimwear MUST have its original tag and bags to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Diviine ModesTee will exchange any product(s) with a manuf. defect within 30 days of the date received. Please contact customersupport@diviinemodestee.com to have this arranged. Diviine ModesTee will ship out a replacement product(s) and refund any shipping expense to ship back the defective merchandise. The defect must be considered by our Customer Service Dept. as a manuf defect before the exchange is offered.

If an order was filled incorrectly by Diviine ModesTee, please contact our customer service dept at 801-785-1486 or email at customersupport@diviinemodestee.com as soon as possible. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and all shipping expenses to return the product(s) with be refunded to you.

We ship all orders via USPS or FEDEX. All orders have a tracking receipt that will be emailed once order has shipped. And provide a delivery confirmation as well, to inform date of receipt. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order, once it is shipped.
