We offer an exchange only policy. Diviine ModesTee wants you to be completely satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know.
On all exchanges: Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and /or insurable method as Diviine ModesTee is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
Divinita Sole Swim Wear/Sweet Innocence Dresses Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unworn, unwashed, or unspoiled merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the ship date of your order. All item(s), including swimwear MUST have its original tag and bags to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. Please allow 7-14 days to have the exchange processed.
Please follow the instructions on our exchange authorization form. We have reserved your item(s) in these collections and only have a limited supply available, to ensure you receive the item(s) before they may be sold out, please exchange your item(s) quicker than 30 days.

Sale/Clearance Item(s) – Final Sale Policy
14 day exchange from the ship date. Any item(s) on sale/clearance are offered a one-time exchange only for the same size and color. If the size/color is sold out, we will notify you so you can exchange it for another item that you desire. This does not apply to discounted online coupons or email special promotions. The item(s) will state on the website if it is considered a sale or clearance item(s). Shipping charges will be applied for exchanges.

Under Tee Collection Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange the item(s) within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All item(s) must have their original tags, and placed neatly in the bags to receive full credit for the return. Any item(s) that have been worn, washed, dried, spoiled or altered are not eligible for an exchange under any and all circumstances.

Our commitment to you
All of our product(s) are sent in perfect condition. Any alterations from this perfect condition will be under consideration by Diviine ModesTee and will determine if an exchange will be issued under the policies informed above. Please be careful with deodorant markings, tearing, snags, and zipper maintenance when trying on clothing and swimwear. If the clothing does not fit, please exchange for a larger/smaller size to ensure the clothing maintains it original condition.
Price Adjustments
A one time price adjustment will be offered on any regular priced item(s) that go on sale within 24 hours of purchase. Sale item(s) are not eligible for further price adjustments.
Defective Merchandise
Diviine ModesTee will exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer defect within 30 days of the date received. Please contact customersupport@diviinemodestee.com to have this arranged. Diviine ModesTee will ship out a replacement product(s) and refund any shipping expense to ship back the defective merchandise. The defect must be considered by our Customer Service Dept. as a manufacturer defect before the exchange is offered.
Items Shipped in Error
If an order was filled incorrectly by Diviine ModesTee, please contact our customer service dept at 801-785-1486 or email at customersupport@diviinemodestee.com as soon as possible. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and all shipping expenses to return the product(s) with be refunded to you.
